Week 1
Coach will arrive at clients home for a 60 minute initial assessment.

Vo2 max fitness test
Posture Analysis
Blood pressure test
Week 2
Training plan
Coach will assess what equipment client has to work with and build a 16 week strength and cardio plan to obtain desired fitness goal (60 minutes)
Week 3
Coach will come and educate client on how to eat, meal prep, cook and have a solid bulletproof plan for life so they need not have to struggle with food again, advise will be given on how to stay on point when travelling with work trips etc. (60 minutes)
Week 4
Sleep and Supplements
Coach will come and optimise clients sleep and devise a supplement plan, also discussed will be hot and cold therapy and a daily breathing technique to control stress. (60 minutes)
After 4 weeks the client will be fully optimised and ready to build their own legacy and become the person they want to be!
